6. Check your follows / Find people:
To administer your followers / friends on Twitter is not a child’s play. To be at top of ladder on twitter you have to analyze different things. Following tools will help you in this regard.
A) Friend or Follow – Who’s not following you back on Twitter? Who are you not following back? Who are your mutual friends? Find out in Friend or Follow!
B) DoesFollow – It shows you whether two tweeters follow each other or not.
You can swap the user names as well. For a bit of fun why not try the insulting version?
C) ManageFlitter – Terrific one stop Twitter account management tool. Clean up and manage who you follow. Find out who isn’t following you back. Find out which inactive accounts you follow. Easily search inside your Twitter stream. Here’s a elaborate post on how to use ManageFlitter.
D) Find People On Twitter – You can find people, organizations, or companies you know that already have a Twitter account. You can also select the topics you are interested in and Find a few people you want to hear from, then follow them. Twitter is dishing out ‘Suggestions For You’ feature too. But it’s too early too tell it’s effectiveness.
E) Some other notable applications to find people on Twitter: Tweepz, TweepSearch, TwitDir, Twello, Wefollow, Just Tweet It, Twubble, TwitteRel, Who Should i Follow?, and last but not least Mr. Tweet (Relaunching on Sep 10th).
7. Play a Quiz:
Twrivia allows you to rack your brain to answer random questions.
For every correct answer you score points and move up in the leaderboard. Who said twitter is stupid?
8. Share Videos:
You can share all your funny , goofy, awesome videos on Twitter with the help of these tools to literally show people “What’s happening?”
A) TwitVid - Tweet a video from your computer / mobile phone / webcam and share with friends.

You can upload videos up to 2GB in size and no restriction on the time length of the video. You could even use TwitVid from popular twitter clients.
B) TweeTube – It was started in January 2009 after identifying a need for an easy way to share YouTube videos among Twitter followers.
TweeTube since grew to allow users to share different stuff like pictures, webcam recordings, website URLs and promised much more to come.
9. Share Music:
Let the world know what your choices in music are, you might meet people with similar interests too. Here are the best tools for this purpose…
A) Blip.fm – Share Music Online For Free on Twitter (and other popular social networking sites as well) and Start your own internet radio station too.
Moreover you can access to millions of free songs, a station programmed by your friends and an audience of music enthusiasts too. Sample the all DJs station here.
B) TinySong / Grooveshark – It is the coolest, quickest way to get links to any song in the world. Share those links with your friends via Twitter and social networking sites.

Lots of cool things but I found the video things to not only suck but it’s faster to just throw the url of a you tube into a tweet.
